The accommodation is located in an elegant building and is located on the top floor that is the second. It has a sea view and has a covered terrace equipped with tables and chairs. It is three hundred meters from the main sandy beach of Donnalucata. It has a number of four beds + 1 on the sofa bed.
It is located in Donnalucata in via Termopili n.73 . The accommodation consists of three rooms with kitchen and accessories (bathroom).
The apartment is composed of:
– entrance living room-dining room with fitted wall kitchen complete with appliances, table and chairs, also there is a sofa bed;
– bathroom with shower ;
– double bedroom with bed, nightstands, wardrobe;
– single bedroom with two beds, wardrobe and bedside tables.
It is also equipped with the following accessory elements:
– outdoor veranda equipped with wooden cover and furnished with table and chairs.
The fee includes expenses related to the consumption of water and gas and electricity.
An advance payment of 30% as a deposit and security deposit and the balance upon arrival.
The deposit will be returned without interest at the end of the lease by deducting the amount of any damage caused. In addition, a contribution will be due on departure for the final cleaning of 50,00 euro.
