La VILLA SPINELLO di nuova costruzione,  è situata  in una zona panoramica a monte dell’abitato del borgo marinaro di Donnalucata,  ed è collocata, tra il verde ed i tipici muri a secco in pietra caratteristici del  luogo ed offre una splendida vista sul mare. La villa è dotata di piscina e dista dalla splendida spiaggia di sabbia fine e mare cristallino 1 Km circa. Nella sua realizzazione la villa è stata curata nei dettagli, è composta da  una cucina  attrezzata, un ampio  soggiorno con parete attrezzata ed un divano letto, una camera, un bagno con doccia. Su richiesta e possibile avere il servizio di biancheria da letto, bagno e cucina. La casa inoltre offre il servizio TV, forno, phon, posto auto esterno nel cortile ed un doccia esterna; il numero massimo degli ospiti è di 12 persone. Il pagamento della locazione dovrà avvenire con un anticipo del 30%  a titolo di cauzione alla prenotazione  ed il saldo all’arrivo.

I prezzi si intendono  per soggiorni settimanali. La pulizia finale sarà di Euro 100,00/120,00. Per le festività natalizie, capodanno,  pasquali, 1 maggio,  25 aprile, 2 giugno e week-end il soggiorno avrà un costo di € 45,00  a persona al giorno.

Beautiful villa that has been recently built, situated amidst the hills just outside of Donnalucata, an ancient fishing village that is now a renowned bathing resort with a beautiful sandy beach. In Donnalucata there are all kinds of shops, supermarkets, excellent fish restaurants and pizzerias. Also the famous beach, Playa Grande, and the natural park of the Erminio Riverare only 3 km away. From the house you can enjoy a beautiful panorama stretching out to overlook the sea, which you can reach in just a few minutes. The interiors of the villa have been pleasantly furnished with modern furnishings and is well equipped. All the bedrooms have fans. Outside there is a panoramic loggia equipped for outdoor dining. The garden and the swimming pool of 6x12m are of exclusive use of the guests. Parking inside the property.

The property is located in the heart of the Sicilian Baroque area, with many towns and cities all within arm’s length. Scicli is only 8 km away, Modica 20 km, Ragusa Ibla 30 km and Noto 50 km. The Catania airport is just an hour’s drive away. The basement floor has a ceiling height of approx.2.2 m, the windows are set at a height of approx. 1.6 mand has more simple furnishings compared to the rest of the house, suitable for children or teenagers.
