Accommodation on the first floor of a building located in Via Orata n°52 a stone's throw from the sea and the beautiful sandy beach of the Ponente seafront in Donnalucata di Scicli (Rg).
The accommodation has three bedrooms, one double and the other two with double single beds, with the possibility of conversion into a double. The kitchen and living room, in addition to being fully equipped, also have a very comfortable sofa bed to accommodate two more people, for a total of 6+2 beds. Serving the bedrooms there are two bathrooms and a laundry room.
The area in which the property falls is served by all the main commercial services such as supermarkets, bar, restaurants and banks, furthermore, within a few minutes by car it is possible to visit the entire magnificent coast belonging to the territory of Scicli and which extends for approximately 30km.
At the time of booking, an advance payment of the amount is required 30% as a deposit and security deposit and the balance upon arrival.
The deposit will be returned without interest at the end of the lease, deducting the amount of any damage caused.
Furthermore, upon departure a contribution will be due for the final cleaning of 70,00 euro.
